Honey-Lime Glazed Salmon Recipe for Quick Weeknight Dinners

Today my kids asked me to share their favorite salmon dish: Honey Lime Salmon. Roasted salmon is a fast, reliable option for busy evenings when I don’t have time for lengthy prep. It cooks quickly yet feels special.

This Honey Lime Salmon is ideal for hectic nights. It requires only a few pantry-friendly ingredients and comes together in minutes, so I can serve a healthy, satisfying dinner even when I’m short on time.

With minimal fuss I can get a flavorful, nutritious meal on the table that everyone enjoys.

Because I make this often when time is tight, I focus on simple meal prep and easy cleanup. The salmon is ready to cook in about five minutes and can easily become a one-pan meal.

I frequently add chopped vegetables to the same pan, tossing them with any leftover honey-lime sauce so they pick up the same bright flavor as the fish. That turns dinner into a single-pan meal with less cleanup.

To add some carbs, steamed rice or quinoa pairs perfectly and requires almost no extra effort. The coral color of cooked salmon makes for an attractive centerpiece, and I like to keep meals colorful—salmon makes that easy.

For sides, roasted green beans and mushrooms or a simple kale salad are both excellent matches. If you want a more substantial side with fiber and protein, a quinoa tabbouleh salad complements the salmon nicely and adds a fresh contrast to roasted vegetables.

Honey Lime Salmon is a household favorite for a reason. The tender salmon coated in tangy-sweet honey-lime sauce is simple, quick, and versatile. It’s ready in under 30 minutes and pairs well with many sides. Salmon is also a lean, protein-rich choice that provides heart-healthy omega fatty acids.

This tasty, straightforward recipe will likely become one of your go-to weeknight meals.
