How To Make Halloween Aperol Cocktails

  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 tablespoon black sugar
  • 3 ounces Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 3 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 slice of orange (to run around the rim to set the black sugar)
  • Garnish ideas: blood orange slices, Halloween cocktail picks, plastic eyeballs
  1. Run an orange slice around the rim of the glass, then dip the rim into black sugar to coat it.
  2. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the Prosecco or sparkling wine, add the Aperol, and top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice and a few plastic floating eyeballs. Cheers and happy Halloween!
