These Crock Pot Spicy Mango Jerk Chicken Wings are easy to prepare and full of flavor. You can adjust the heat to suit your taste — start with a mild kick and increase the spice if desired. They’re perfect for busy days when you want a hands-off cooking method that still delivers big, bold flavor.

Cooked in the crock pot, these wings are tender and infused with a tangy-sweet mango jerk sauce. The slow cooker frees up your day — prepare the dish in the morning and come home to perfectly cooked wings. For a crisper finish, pop the wings under the broiler after slow cooking to brown and crisp the skin, which also makes them easier to handle when serving.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Chicken wings & drumettes
- 2 teaspoons jerk seasoning
- 1 ½ cups mango nectar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar firmly packed
Instructions
-
Place the chicken wings and drumettes in the crock pot in a single layer or in an even pile.
-
In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning, mango nectar and light brown sugar until the sugar dissolves. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss or turn the pieces to coat them evenly.
-
Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours, turning the wings twice during the cooking time so they cook and absorb the sauce evenly.
-
For extra texture, transfer the wings to a parchment-lined cookie sheet and broil for a few minutes until the skin browns and crisps. Watch closely to avoid burning.
