ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 6 oz frozen spinach drained and chopped
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 package puff pastry thawed

instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichoke hearts, drained and chopped spinach, shredded chicken, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined. Set aside.
  • Unfold each thawed sheet of puff pastry on a clean surface and cut each sheet into nine equal squares.
  • Press each square into a greased muffin cup to form a pastry cup.
  • Spoon the prepared filling evenly into each puff pastry cup, filling but not overstuffing them.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the filling is hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
